During my ceramics minor I experimented with food colouring and the effects food can have on ceramics. Eventually I noticed wine has a beautiful effect on ceramics. This is how the idea originated to make a wineglass with actual wine stains.

This project has two approaches, one where I try to use actual wine as colouring after the baking processes and one where I use the wine in combination with ceramic pigments before the baking processes, only making use of how the wine acts and leaves patterns with the pigments.
